Rimmel Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara (review)

I have never been one to wear make up; my cheeks have natural color, my lips are pretty full, and my eyelashes have great length. So when I received Scandaleyes in my influenster Rose VoxBox (which hits shelves November 2013!) I was a little skeptical. However, I gave it a chance and am glad I did. Although I will never personally go out and by this again, I did like it and would repurchase it if I wore make up on a regular basis.

The wand is nice; I like how it starts out thick, slims down, and then goes back thicker.

As you can see, my lashes are pretty long; scandaleyes did give them some length and fullness. However, it clumped a little, but it might have just been how I applied.

I would definitely recommend Scandaleyes to someone who was looking for a mascara that gave length.

Review of Glisten and Glow's HK Girl Fast Drying Top Coat!

For the past year or so, I had been using Seche Vite as my top coat. Over time, it gets thick and hard to mess with so I have been in search for a new go-to top coat.
There were a few things I knew I wanted in this new top coat:

• Fast drying
• Great shine
• And for it to not end up in a gloopy mess

So as I was searching, I narrowed it down to two top coats..Glossy Glam and HK Girl. I have heard raving reviews about both and initially had to narrow it down to just one. Jill (owner/maker of HK Girl) was having a sale and I can never resist a sale, so I bought one.

I decided to test it out for a few days and here are my thoughts:

Final thoughts:

It is one of the best top coats I have tried; I am so impressed with the lasting power, which was actually longer than 2 days, it didn't chip or shrink at all. 

Would I recommend this top coat and how many stars would I give it:

I would definitely recommend it and I give it a 5/5 rating!
